I'd have to say 5/10, and that's simply because I think half the team is great and totally open to collaborating and the other half of the team complains and has a bad attitude about practically everything.
I often think that collaboration and growth end up being secondary to just getting through the day and putting out fires. While I think we all value it in theory, the day-to-day reality is much different.
I would put it at 6-7. Collaboration is very much encouraged, but it’s just not always put into practice. Effort is there, though, and I think with some fine-tuning it will get even better.
A lot lower then it should be. When new idea come in it's always met with backlash. When we moved from paper payslips to getting an email/app even one of the directors had a fit about it. No one likes change but sometimes you need to move with the times.

I understand the change perspective, it seems more of a comfort thing what people get used to and that hate change. You’re not alone, I’ve had multiple experiences like this.
If I’m being generous, I would rank us at a three. Our culture is competitive and some might say a little toxic. That’s what happens in this field.

It can be a very challenging field, not great when I can get a bit toxic though.
