On my first day at TCS I experienced the worst.

I'm having trouble logging into Ultimatix in order to set up my account.

No one is responsible for the emails, IT help desk reference back to Ultimatix support team.

It's been two days, and the issue is not resolved.

This will be the first time I will be in tax slab.
I have few queries can anyone please help me regarding this.
In ELSS mutual the total we can save save tax is 1.5lakh. Do we need to invest yearly 1.5 lakh yearly to save tax? I am planning to have a Sip of 5000 monthly for 3 years. So total money invested in 3 years will be around 60000 * 3 = 180000.
Will that be sufficient to save tax or Do I need to have a sip of 12000 per month to save tax.

I’m newish ( under 6 months) For this performance review due end of month , I don’t have anyone . I asked two people if I could select as feedback providers but heard nothing back. Is it ok 👌 if I don’t have feedback or no I need to try to find someone ?
