On the resume in between jobs, what is the longest gap period that I can have without them questioning about it?

How many days Deloitte India takes to release offer letter. I tried to contact HR she said that they are trying to get approvals and it is in progress. It's been a week that i have uploaded my docs.

Does it bother you if a recruiter/agency posts a job opening on LinkedIn and the only way to apply is by responding in the comments?

I personally don’t like that approach for many reasons. Just wondering if I’m the only one.

Hello Folks, Due to very toxic environment I had put down paper w/o having any offer. Fortunately, within 2 weeks of NP I cleared interviews for almost 4-5 organisations. All HR, had said that in last month of NP they'll release an offer, just so that I won't have a counter offer. Now, almost 2 weeks are left for NP to end, and surprisingly all of them are ignoring my mails, calls and texts. Please suggest. I'm losing patience as I was looking for switch since April 2022. @

I wanted to know how long does Course5i take to release an offer, I cleared all rounds last friday and was going to get an offer from HR early this week (by Monday evening or Tuesday) but didn’t get any offer till now.

I loved the role and I am still excited to join the organisation so mailed a follow up to the HR yesterday but did not get any response till now. I do not want to follow up for the next 1-2 days since I feel it would be too pushy from my end.

I got interviewed for oracle sse role. How much time it takes for HM to give confirmation or rejection words.

I got contacted by a recruiter at Microsoft to interview as a Digital Technical Specialist in Ireland. I have had the Competency, Technical and Role-play interviews and last time the recruiter called me she told me that they have gotten good feedback of me and are making their decision on hiring me, but she also wanted to discuss salary. Is it stupid of me to think that I most likely have gotten the job or am I in over my head?

I don’t have sales experience but am a Manager at a consulting firm with broad tech experience (predominantly software implementations and upgrades). I would like to explore a Customer Success Manager position but most positions ask for experience in sales :( Can anyone lend insight on other skills needed and tips on how to land an interview?
