Hey All, just wondering what’s happening with McKinsey’s Quantum Black and BCG’s many product ventures (BCG Omnia, BCG Digital Ventures etc)? Are they working on creating a products and up selling to their current clients? I'm an accounts receivable expert with 8+ yrs of experience. I started with 96k per annum in 2014, and have worked with 4 different MNCs since then. Currently I'm getting approx 9Lpa, and it feels like I'm pretty much stuck here. Switching jobs increases the pay scale, while staying for a while reflects stability.

When I look at the other member's comments here, it seems majority of folks are earning 20-30Lpa or even more.

Any suggestions from mature audience to achieve a big pay raise.

How long does it take tcs hr to call for salary negotiation after completing technical round and uploading documents in tcsibegin portal.

I had Technical and Managerial discussion with TCS on 2 sept. I was told I will get HR call.Then on 11th sept i got onboarding email to submit documents and the next day all the documents got verified but since then I didn't get any update and it has been more than two weeks.Ibegin portal shows evaluation in progress. Any idea if they will be sending an offer?

What is the process of getting ID card. I have already sent employee ID and Date of joining on mentioned mail ID which HR gave.
And I have recieved SMS also for laptop. We cant pic up laptop without ID card ?

But in 29 of nov show two status in ibegin current and previous status in current it show resume is shotlisted and previous it show evaluation in progress.what it mean?
