Hi all,
I joined KPMG around 3 months ago but I am not getting work here. Although, I qualified some project's interview, yet due to some internal reason, they considered someone else, and I again came on bench.
I am unable to figure out what can be done now.
Should I start searching work outside.
(I hardly see any job openings these days)
(sap domain)
How's the resource management here?
(do they lagOff?)
Any inputs will be helpful.
Thanks!

He is a generational talent, no doubt about that. Everyone hates a winner.
A little of both? Lewis is a great driver and like any driver given the best car available that year, he can be an absolute monster. So it’s not all about him, his cars and team are a big reason. Same thing with Max. He is a great driver, but he has an absurdly better car and team than anyone else on the grid. So can’t say it’s all him. He doesn’t really race anyone anymore.
Good answer
Quick answer, totally worth it. He should be an 8 time champion, while Max equally deserved the title in 2021 as a whole, how Lewis handled and performed in the last 4 races in particular put the title in his hands - just look at his onboard qualy lap from Qatar 2021 or the way he handled the whole race in Jeddah. Yes, since the regulations changed, Mercedes haven’t had the pace to compete but the bigger issue that Lewis has focused on heavily within the team, is creating a car that is consistently balanced allowing the drivers to tweak the setup to their liking. The team still haven’t delivered that and for me that goes outside of the driver’s “adaptability window”. When they understand the car, the hyped-Lewis will be back on track.
Yeah, they totally f****d it which is a real shame. Max has zero competition
His class and professionalism are unmatched, as evidenced by how he handled Abu Dhabi 2021. Any other driver would have put their fist through a wall, Lewis handled himself with grace and aplomb.
The question is flawed.
Lewis and Max are the best drivers on the grid in the last 3-4 years. Both maximized the cars given to them at every opportunity.
Lewis has the additional fortune/instinct to go to Mercedes when they were still finding their feet and executed a period of dominance that's going to be insanely difficult to replicate.
Lewis should be praised for that move, I agree, it wasn’t one that many backed in the paddock. Also got to thank both the persuasive skills of Niki Lauda and a moment I witnessed - the straw that broke the camel’s back - the gearbox failure on Lewis’ McLaren while leading the 2012 Singapore race.
Visual Storyteller
“F1 has always been about the best driver in the best car.”
Lewis is easily one of the most consistent and disciplined drivers in history. And he’s FAST. The vast majority of his race weekends are error free and he’s rarely driving below the potential of the car.
But I don’t think he’s the RACER that others are. He has the mind games down, but how many times has he really battles with another driver in a comparable and won? Vettle, Alonso, Max, even Danny Ric a few years ago, are much better in the knife fight.
So he deserve the praise as a driver. But he’s a prima donna - as most top tier drivers are. Lord knows Alonso and Max are, they just doesn’t give as many interviews.
I think you need to go back and watch his F2 career. He was there when they would invert the grid and he would still come from the back to dominate in a spec series.
He was great at one time, but he’s past his prime and nothing compared to what he used to be.
@R1 The breakout sensation from the 2020 young driver test 🤣
Why is this a pinned post lol such a flawed question
I think opinions divide on almost all the greats, except Senna and Schumacher. And maybe Seb?
Even Senna wasn't universally liked while he was driving. It's only after he died that people really started turning around on him. Like Schumacher's putting Villeneuve into the wall, Senna performed acts the other drivers hated.
