There aren’t enough black people in my office to notice if this is an actual trend
I used to work at PwC and unfortunately there is a biased when it comes to minority’s. There are some Caucasian people that don’t know how to interact with Black people or people with diverse backgrounds
Well EY isn’t any better. I went to a women’s event and the lead partner of the region, also a woman, was at this event and made eye contact with me twice and I was sitting next to her. She barely wanted to talk to me and spoke with such enthusiasm to the other women that happened to be white.
I can't speak of a similar trend in our office but can't help thinking that the political climate is pervasive and not limited to PA.
@E2 yeah, I hear you I’m in the NY market so while there aren’t as many as most would like there are enough to notice a mass exodus

The number of blacks in accounting at my university I could count on one hand. They just didn't do accounting
