Peak level politics in cognizant

My practice manager comes to me and asks me self assessment citing it is only for your self improvement and not for any other use.
It's been a month I honestly gave my rating and out of 50 topics I said I am good with 46 and weak on 4 topics
Now today I got my rating for jan-dec 2025 , rating was 2 and manager said I worked on all tasks , even worked over time (written feedback in yea) but I need improvement to get into projects in 2026, instead of 2025 deliver

What would you prefer:

Job 1: 85k at small boutique firm (3 attorneys). Standard benefits but no 401k. Semi-annual raises. No billable hour requirement and regular 40 hour week. Being groomed to be a partner on a 2-3 year track.

Job 2: 135k at large regional firm (200 attorneys) good benefits. 1900 billable hours requirement. Partner track is 6-8 years but not guaranteed.

Both located in a MCOL area

I had my kind of hr round with TCS
They did not have a detailed discussion regarding the compensation .
But they told i will be getting link for uploading documents and then hr would be discussing for compensation.
Its been 2 days. No update. Can anyone guide. Why 2 hr rounds ? N how much time it takes?
