People who joined LTC in the last couple of months, how has your experience been so far? How do you feel about the organization? Is it really a clutter-house as the Glassdoor reviews say? Or different than that?

Wondering if anyone has a good example of a brand that originally sold a commodity/mass food and successfully introduced a premium/luxury line, under the same brand name. Kicker is the brand has to have started as mass then gone upmarket, nor vice versa.

Does anyone have any experience transitioning to a different practice area, specifically from tax to T&E? I’m a 4th yr associate trying to make this change and finding it a bit challenging. Recently I cleared 2 technical rounds and had salary discussion with HR on 26th July.
When I enquired about offer letter last week, hr replied in mail that "Since your education under blacklist with cognizant, we are unable to process with your offer. Many of college alumni are already working with cognizant. Even mailed them what part of education is blacklisted but they are not replying.should I still expect offer letter from them?

I'm having total 7+ yoe (5+yrs embedded developer + 2yrs in FuSa automotive) Initially HCL have denied what I've expected for automotive FuSa and they have given an offer of 10LPA with a justification that my relevant experience is less, now I'm holding an offer of 18 LPA and asked HCL for a counter offer for the same position what do you guys think will HCL offer me this much?

My final round of technical Interview was over in Deloitte USI and it was with team members. I think HR will connect with me for package as per team members.
Role : Consultant (Manual tester)
YOE : 5.6 yrs
Current package: 5.03lpa( this will get hike letter)
How can I expect from Deloitte because even for freshers they are offering more, so for 5.6 yrs how much can I expect?
