Thoughts on how a fully remote busy season would go?

Will be it be good decision to directly get a job as a experienced candidate by telling I have experience on Java(2years)
or
I shouldn't lie about my prior experience on oracle .

Starting the interview process at a competitor and the people I will be interviewing with know my current team members just from being in the industry and I think some even used to work together. Hi Everyone. I completed my 1 year in EY in October 2022. And in my profile, they have updated it to Senior Analyst now. But that was a progression that happens every year and I have not received the incremented salary.

Now that they are giving increments to everyone, will I receive both progression and increment or my progression will be counted as increment.
