Planning to exit consulting to start an Ed tech venture that I am really passionate about. Have been doing this startup silently but not 100% involved because I have a full-time consulting job that takes up most of my time. However I have been able to acquire customers and generate revenues to support operational expenses. I can envision that I can scale this up but hesitating because I have bills to pay and if I spend 5-6 more years here I might become a partner. Would love to get your thougjts

I joined Mindtree on 8th Feb and not got project and I was waiting for last 2 and half month. So, i gave interview outside (tech mahindra) and got selected. Almost 30-35% they said they will give and i am negotiating on it.
