I just had a quick question. My company pays for my LinkedIn Recruiter membership through my own personal LinkedIn. If I wanted to purchase sales navigator on my own through that same account,would my company be notified of that?

I went through an interview hoping because I am amazing they would adjust their salary offer. They gave the job offer but salary is still the same 😕. They seem nice and like a great company. But WLB is not there, a decent pay cut.

🚩 to me is that they have a $6k annual commission based on progress/ success .

But they offer snacks and drinks in the office though 😕.

I feel bad that I have to say no. Especially because they’re so nice and close to home

Hi people! I am entering the very final step of an hiring process in a Capital Venture Company and my chances to get an offer seem solid. I passed through a recruiter and we spoke about salary expectations very early on. He told me that 110k for this specific role would be the max. He put me in touch with another startup where the range is higher (120k) but I have a preference for the VC company w/ lower compensation. We have an office manager, who is in charge of greeting clients and anybody who walks through the doors, returning of keys, etc., our office manager wants to work a hybrid schedule and we are not opposed to it as long as we can ensure client satisfaction and that the office is orderly. Can the hybrid model actually work?

People have gotten so used to just backing meetings up into each other. You logout of one and immediately jump in to another. I remember days full of meetings before but not at this volume.

I struggle believing this practice will cease with any percentage of the workforce at home. I don't subscribe to all or nothing but I'm interested in if this has been addressed. Has anyone's hybrid policy mentioned the future of meeting best practice?

Hi there - my company is returning to office next month. Hybrid to begin before they ramp up to 5 days back in office by end of year.

I think the fact they want to bring us back 5 days is disrespectful considering how much work we’ve put in remotely over the last year. Not to mention productivity studies say people who WFH (and have no kids) are substantially more productive.
