But later interested in other offer and didn’t join Deloitte but everywhere it’s tracked like in dstart portal, career portal etc.

Now will it affect me in joining Deloitte usi in future as i reject now at the end and do not join??

I started a full time in-house design job that pays extremely well. I barely have to work at all. This makes me very confused since I kept hearing stories of people working 60+ hr weeks as designers at ad agencies.
