Has anyone here worked on SAP BTP yet?
Need some help regarding PF.
I joined a company on 7th Dec. Just got the Laptop on the first day. 12th Dec was my induction day where I was supposed to fill different forms like form 11 ,joining report etc. I resgined on 9th Dec . Today I gave my laptop to the company.
Question is will they be able to open PF account with the help of UAN mentioned in salary slips, Adhar number and pan number that i submitted during offer process?

I am not good in trading. Earlier had some with motilal oswal, have to check it's status and close as Citi does not permit trading outside I guess.
Since I recently joined Citi, Now I want to learn and do trading inside citi. I really want to master this skill ..
Please guide me on this.

How much hike does BNY provide every year?
I got a call from HR and offer discussion was over couple of weeks back and still waiting for them to send me final mail to release offer. May I know if they take this much time to release offer, when I did a follow up call after 10 days they said they are waiting for some approval to release offer.
Any ideas i still have chances to get offer? BNY Mellon

I was thinking if people hired laterally were laid off, they would still go & survive outside.. But these long timers, I think they would be good till the time they are with BNY.. Any point of time when BNY sacks them, then it would be really difficult for these folks.. I think that's the reason they are trying to showcase themselves as smart than lateral hires.. But this is low level crap.. People cant survive long with this mentality
My colleague out of jealousy has started spreading rumor mills behind my back. I'm just laughing my ass off. He is unable to compete with me technically and is always playing politics to show me down.

My manager told me to give my one of the tasks to a colleague giving the reason that her job is in danger and she could be laid off. After the year end discussion, I got to know that he didn't give me a promotion instead he gave the promotion to the girl who took my reporting work.

The same scenarios are happening in the SLB Pune PiTc SAP department also, constant restructuring is happening in the last 3-4 years and no positive result.
Managers are constantly saving and providing good work for their peers who joined with them in 2016, new joiners are either leaving within 2-3 years and only getting recurring tasks.
When there was a US management these were never there and now everyone can see clear biasness, favourism and shift in the attitude towards colleagues.
And they are now using service based culture as their shield, as in product based we are atleast listening to you if you were in service based nobody gives damn about your thinking etc etc..these were the words when I asked for new quality work during my appraisal discussion.
