Need a help urgently..I received an offer letter from Cognizant 10 days ago but haven't received a mail where I can accept the offer letter and proceed with BGV. Can someone tell what can be done? I had applied with an experience of 3 years.

Ghosting after on-site interviews is despicable. Recruiting has been a part of my job for years in addition to resourcing & project management, and I would always manage to reply emails.

Just received an offer with expected / standard salary for role but no signing or relocation bonus. They know I don’t have any other offers which is why I assume they didn’t offer any signing bonus - do I have any chance of getting one without “leverage”?
