What do we think is going to happen with student loan deferral? Any recent new grads thinking they’re going to pay back any time soon? Some argue Biden is going to keep pushing interest pause til next election then forgive 10k as a strategy to help get re-elected? All offers are more or less equivalent in terms of compensation (though fixed & bonus are highest at Shell) - close to 27 LPA total CTC

I work through a contractor, and was hired 2yrs ago to be a Systems Test Engineer II. They decided last minute to make me a Software Content Manager, but kept my title as is since it was supposed to be a 6mo rotation. I’m still an SCM, and am taking on leadership roles in the group. How do I ask for a title change and pay increase to reflect what I actually do? Do I ask my contract house, or my NASA mgmt? Should I ask to make the pay retroactive since I was hired to do one thing, but do another?

Been having trouble moving on since girlfriend ended relationship 3 weeks ago after 2+ years of dating.
