Hi Everyone! I have been working in Salesforce for about a year now. But I am not enjoying my work as it's mainly on backend. I have been wanting to move to Web Dev. But someone suggested that like if I like frontend I should try LWC instead as I'm already into Salesforce. So I'm quite confused which way should I go. At Amazon, what is the difference between a Program Manager and Technical Program Manager? It looks like the Technical one gets paid about 25% more but not sure what roles/responsibilities they do differently. Amazon

My day is a mix of checking campaign results, brainstorming with product and sales teams, and creating launch plans or sales tools. I’ll usually have a quick sync with product managers and sales to align on what’s coming up like feature launches or competitor moves. The middle of the day is deep work: writing launch plans, drafting customer stories, or building out sales enablement materials. I’m mostly chatting with users to learn what matters to them, and making sure everyone—from design to development, is aligned on messaging. It’s fast-paced, creative, and always changing!
currently my day is busy in execution. we are ramping 2 products in two markets and one has a decent sized paid media budget so there's a ton of agency coordination happening. tue/wed are my busiest days when i'm pretty much in back-to-backs and trying to keep things moving on slack in the meantime. could be anything from creative reviews, calls with crm and martech to figure out how to get things done. tbh my job is more like integrated marketing right now than pmm but i enjoy it.
