Never expect 100% variable pay in Accenture. I was with Accenture for 4+ years never got 100% variable Even though never been to bench. Also when promoted to TL with 30% hike still variable was less than 100%. and seems now for manager level i Heard variable is 27% or more. And i dont think someone would get even 50%.

My dad is turning 65 soon and yesterday he told me he’s super unhappy at his job bc he’s not getting promoted. He feels like his talents are not being utilized. I feel like he will get discouraged with his job search if he doesn’t hear back from places and will be even more unhappy. Anyone have any leads on (con)

Too few accounts currently paid as agreed FICO® Scores consider the number of accounts that are paid as agreed. Your score was impacted because the number of these accounts is too low, or because you've missed payments recently on some of your accounts.
