I dont understand this Routematic regulation of not allowing female employees to use the front seats of the car

But they are okay to stuff a female on the backseat with 2 males

I find this regulation very offensive, and faced it for the second time this week

If our mental health is not good at the moment, how do we convey it to the team? Most of the folks in my team take such things lightly and I feel weird to let them know about it. So I just have to lie and put a sick leave.
