But they are okay to stuff a female on the backseat with 2 males

I find this regulation very offensive, and faced it for the second time this week

Hi All, i have been going through reviews in Glassdoor and every review mentions of a poor work life balance. Is it that bad?
And how are the typical yearly increments like if a women comes back from a maternity leave?

If our mental health is not good at the moment, how do we convey it to the team? Most of the folks in my team take such things lightly and I feel weird to let them know about it. So I just have to lie and put a sick leave.
Also, even before friday ends, I start to stress about monday… and I think that is wrong. We should look forward to work and not stress about it but sadly the people around me here make me want to leave the office.
