For those who completed their SHRM certification this year (CP or SCP) and opted for self study, what study materials did you use to prepare?

SC to M, promotion in CBO.

I was promoted to SC in Aug 2020, and milestone year shows 2024 (4 years).

Is this normal I thought SC-M was 3 years and 2 for an early promo.

Can anyone suggest if it's even possible to try to get promoted in 2 years? Just don't want to put in extra effort and getting disappointed later.

I left my job without having anything else lined up otherwise I would have had a mental breakdown. I’m not even in that great of a financial place, but it was my job or my sanity. I know at least three other people who, in the past few months, have left with nothing lined up. I feel like it’s something we need to be talking more about.
