I am a CA fresher and joining as Associate 2 with 9.25 LPA as fixed in this role.

How is this profile wrt overall growth like salary hikes & promotions?? Where can I see myself 5 yrs down the line??

Also, kindly tell me what are the exit opportunities as I heard it is pretty difficult to move from Global Big4 to Indian industry??

How do you get out of the burnout cycle? I’ve felt overwhelmed for a while and now I’m in the “can’t function at all” stage.
