I got offer in 2021 with below structure

1st Year: Salary + 1 Lakh joining bonus
2nd Year: Salary + 2 Lakh retention bonus
3rd Year: Salary + 2 Lakh retention bonus

do they ADD retention Bonus as a Component of Salary from starting of 4th Year ?

First I want to understand this from someone who has got similar compensation structure - then I might raise it to HR.
