HAPPY FILING DAY ALL U TAX BITCHES
Hi Everyone !!!
This June I completed my 9 months at Career Level 12 and Sub Level 3 I.e, CL 12.3 at Accenture Operations. My Annual Talent Discussion and One-on-One with People Lead is complete as of last week.
I have 3 questions now :
1. When can I expect to move to 12.2 ?
2. What is the general hike I can expect ? And when it is reflected ?
3. When will be the variable pay will be paid out ?
Can anyone here help me with this performance cycle part ? I am really confused.

Take it from me, do not let them bother you! At least, don't let them see it bothers you. I have been in the industry a looooong time and some things just never change, but I can tell you, some may start respecting you more when you stop showing that you're bothered. Don't try to win them over, just be polite, professional, and keep it moving.
That's on you! No one can make you feel that way. Hold your head high
I know the type all too well. They will bow down and kiss the feet of anyone they believe "above" them, and not give the rest of us a second of their precious time. I left a job because of this and I'm so glad I did. I work at a smaller place now where everyone is much more human to each other.
I don’t care anymore
This is the way.
Just play their game Do ur work no need to kiss ass maybe they will respect you more as u distance yourself
Not all attorneys are like that, especially those that are solo attorneys that own the firm. In-house corporate attorneys are a different animal. I've worked in both global and small firms. I prefer the small firms.
That said, don't take it personally if they don't talk to you. They still need you.
Thank you for your post and thank you to those that have responded. Recently left a firm that I really liked and thought I would be at for a while. Hardest part was working for an attorney who did the same. Only difference was that they seemed to act like they were more autistic or had Asperger's. It was very frustrating to not have eye contact, feeling of respect or that I had actually been doing my job as a paralegal longer than they were an attorney. Even tried to act 'old school'. I don't think he could help it, but in the same, it as very hard to get passed.
I am sure there are attorneys who are autistic or otherwise neuro-divergent, and that is an important piece of information to have, because you have to meet them where they are
What you have to remember is that THEY are working people too, and without you, they wouldn't have a firm. You play a very important role in the company whether they realize it or not. Attorneys are not gods, they have bills, debts, and hopes and dreams like most people do. I began as a receptionist at Silicon Valley corp. and someone once told me that I was the "most important" person in the co. as people see you and reach you first when they call and you set the tone for the entire corp. Don't ever underestimate your value and just remember that these lawyers no matter how high up they are, are dependant on everyone else who is the engine that makes the place go. If they want to "high hat" you, that's their bad luck. They should feel lucky to have YOU!!
It is special when you find those social attorneys…but I understand you 💯

I guess they think they've earned that right. Don't speak to them unless they speak to you. That door swings both ways. I love people naturally but, if they do not want anything to do with me, then there is nothing I can do about it. Snotty or not, it's on them. Just keep yourself busy in your work. If they talk to you then speak to them. No need to push the issue. Because it like that saying, Fences make good neighbors. Well, Silence can be golden. Enjoy it.
