QUESTION- What are some of the small(ish) indie shops y’all like? I used to know all the NY agencies but there are so many new ones, and I want to get more familiar with them (both NY and other cities).

When seeking a new role, How many different agencies have y’all had to interview with before being hired? I’m on agency number 6 right now I’m so over it. I know my portfolio is amazing because so many recruiters wouldn’t be reaching out if that wasn’t the case. The process is Mad agggggy.

This is gonna sound stupid, but I’m honest - I can’t do math. Calculating a tip is as advanced as I get. Thank god for excel formulas and a math savvy husband. At the end of the day, I pay all the bills (I know- but I’m more organized) and make double his salary, what low stress effort (on my limited math capacity brain) can I do to increase wealth?
