Question: why do people go to Kellogg over Booth?

It seems like Booth has everything- more finance-focused, get to live in downtown vs the suburbs, flexible curriculum, also seems like they win everything vs Kellogg whenever I hear about it. I went to go visit and the vibe is that the social life seems better too. It seemed like Kellogg is good if you want to do marketing, but then I learned that Booth has the Kilts program.

No disrespect to, just genuinely curious.

How much do Senior. Client associates make a yr. Specifically with Financial advisors and places like wells fargo.

Is the SPHR or PHR license necessary to pivot into human capital? I have a MBA from a Top 15 school. Any thoughts?

How many investment banks recruit at Booth? What’s its placement rate into IB?

Had a phone call last week with T15 adcom inquiring if they had additional merit funds. Adcom said she would pass my name to scholarship committee and would only hear back if I was granted more aid. She did say she would follow up with me as we got closer to deposit deadline (end of month). Should I email her for a follow up or schedule another phone call or just wait for her to follow up with me?

If my UG gpa was within the range, but I had a D- in a programming class, would I be asked about it specifically?

Does an MBA (US) make sense for me? Male, Indian, Age 32, Married working in tech consulting with 10 YOE. Base is $165 with steady increases and bonus is typically 15%. I eventually do want to cross the $300K threshold but I know stopping work for 2 years and getting and MBA probably won’t get me a $300K job right away. Becoming a manger in my current company/path will probably get me there in terms of TC. Also considering EMBA from a good school (Wharton Global, Duke, Kellogg, Booth).
