Quick question on tip pools. We’re open 11-8 and split tips by shift. Should openers and closers be included in the pool for the time they spend prepping before we open or cleaning up after we close? Some think yes because it's essential work, others say no because no money is coming in during those hours. What do your places do?

I went for 3 interviews with a company met with vp and was given package thinking I aced interview there was another candidate 😞 the other person for the job. Moved over to a review system called 15Five. It allows you to review your manager. I gave my manager a terrible review. The catch is: they get to “anonymously” see your reviews. Bad move?
