Really exhausted seeing already employed creatives land new roles at the few places that are hiring when many, MANY other talented creatives (myself included) have been tirelessly networking, applying, self-editing, working on side-projects for free just to have fresh work, and grasping onto any sort of relevancy for months and getting nothing but rejection emails from bots.
