Are there any good PM certification that’s worthwhile? Not something that’s on Udemy for 2 hours of coursework.

Anyone ever negotiate an amicable exit from a startup? The context: been working for an 8-year old unicorn startup. Been there for close to 1.5 years. The culture is terrible.
