Bain & Company Recently applied to Bain & Company with a 2 page resume, but then I read that consulting generally prefers a 1 page resume (I have 10 years of industry experience). Does recruiting view your application more favorably with a 1 page resume vs 2 page resume? Also, is there any way to update your application once you have applied ?

How much are guys making as Project/Emgagement controllers working for big4? (Manager level)

Wanting to apply to big 4s but I'm having a hard time updating my resume to tailor it to tax roles.

I know this is a stupid question. But how do I explain what I do for purposes of a resume? I primary work on 1120s with some international exposure to foreign filings. Since I'm at a small firm, I've essentially worked on every type of return (1040, 1041, 1065,1120s, PPTs) But I'd say 60% of my work is c corp and the other 40 is between all the others.

Regarding the WSJ article.. Can anyone in PE explain why any pension fund would be interested in buying single family homes? Extremely illiquid, historically follows inflation.... Do they think Texas will go the way of CA? Ie/ zoning and artificial cost inflation due to supply constraints by the govt?
