Recently gave the bain online assessment and I got an email of my rejection a day later. I had used a referral to get my cv in the door. I'm lost now. I don't know what I can do to proceed forward. Should I be practising more of these assessment type tests? Any suggestions? TIA

I love in Europe and was wondering how difficult or easy getting remote front end position in a US company would be and if the salary would be the same as a US citizen who lives in the US?

I’m seriously enatkng to get into an SE role and have been searching for Associate Sales Engineers that do NOT require SE experience since I’ve none. It’s proving to be difficult. Most companies for some reason are requiring 2-3 years of experience for the Associate role. 😭 Any Sales Engineers who know of companies hiring those with no experience? I am in tech as a BDR already.

Does anyone else just not even want to be a people manager anymore?! The amount of work this is taking, I’m just so over it. In addition to them piling on my work (which is a full time job) the people management stuff is just as much a full time job that no one in management seems to take into account. I have tried countless times to explain this but I end up burnt out, everyone suffers including me. I just left one role bc of it and now this new role, same thing. I’m over it.
