Recently got a 10% raise at work. Now received another job offer for more $$. Is it out of line to use as leverage for more money at the current job?

I am working in Infosys & i have been offered 17.5 fixed lpa in VOIS software developer backend, but it's around only 75 cent hike. My experience is 4.5 yrs. Shud i join vois or keep looking for options?

I have received an offer in TCS accepted it and submitted the documents for BGC . The CTC i mentioned is 13L in iBegin portal and uploaded the same recent hike letter. But my current company held my offer of 13L and salary/payslip is with old offer and i have submitted documents with new offer letter which is 13L.
I am little concerned it might impact negative on my BGC..

Hello, I am in USI GES tax at DUSI. I love my job but not my team and mgmt anymore. I'm a performer and I'm dumped with work of 2 ppl while others are searching for work. I am burned out.

I resigned and accepted a job with EY GDS with a huge pay bump that DUSI can't match but I also gave up my potential promotion for 2023.
