I have an offer from Accenture. During interview I have informed about the location specification. However recieved offer with some other location. Based upon HR's confirmation I have accepted the offer and after a month I have recived updated offer with my preferred location , this time she also updated package components where package is decreased from my actual offer.
How should I deal with this,they are sending updated offer letters with multiple errors

Is it normal to ask monthly salary after every possible deduction?
Or what is the technical term and a better way to ask this when switching jobs?
