What should be an amicable package for strategy consultant in a big4 in the UK. I am an MBA. Current package is 26L, and around 4.5 years of experience.

90 Days notice period is big roadblock. Dont know why dont Indian IT ministry take look into it. Companies implemented this policy in 2008 recession and then never took it back. In abroad countries employee can even give company 8-15 days NP. But as we all know we live in typical third world country with zero employeement Laws so here only mla minsters can switch partys without NP.
