Recently I received an email for an online assessment. I completed the assessment within an hour, but I didn’t receive any confirmation email after submitting it. What should I do? Will it automatically move to the next step or is there something else I need to do? Please any one help me 😬😬😬

My supervisor gave me 8hours of AWOL because I couldn't show up one day because I was under anxiety. I have gave him letters from psychiatrist,psychologist that I'm passing through this. He didn't care and gave me an AWOL. I want to leave my job because my department is very toxic but I don't want to leave having that on my records.
If I move to another job later on (private or federal) this 8 hours of AWOL will show up?
