I might end up with an offer of 7 lpa with British council for sAp security. Currently I am with ibm at 4.89 lpa, I want to stay at IBM but not at this pay. Can i drop resignation and then expect my manager to retain me by increasing the pay? P.S I am only 4 months old in ibm, joining month October 2021

Currently an engineer in MCOL area with 4 years experience (post graduating, not counting experience before/during college and large side gigs). HELP! Company wants me to move to the US for a Remote role - Is this reasonable? Hi, I'm moving through the stages for a Remote US role as a Canadian candidate. They mentioned if I were to be offered, expectation is I'd move to the US. I find this odd as the role is Remote but guess it's legal purposes. Hi guys currently I'm working in a project with very stringent timelines. Sometimes we need to put more than 13-14 hrs each day. There are 4 members in my team. Two are involved in database prt and me and my lead are involved in the front end and middle layer prt. Somehow my lead is not at all pleased with my work.
