I might end up with an offer of 7 lpa with British council for sAp security. Currently I am with ibm at 4.89 lpa, I want to stay at IBM but not at this pay. Can i drop resignation and then expect my manager to retain me by increasing the pay? P.S I am only 4 months old in ibm, joining month October 2021

What is the average salary of a finance manager in the Raleigh Durham area

I have an interview for an in house position (only attorney) at a small non-profit focused on conservation easements. I am a transactional associate at a mid sized law firm. The prospect of freedom from the billable hour and contributing to meaningful work are the draws. The cons are that while the salary at the non-profit would only be slightly less than what I am making now, pay increases and opportunities for advancement will be much less than where I am now. Thoughts on making the shift?

Currently working a FT , making 140k-ish (TC). Looking to add a part time/ or possibly another full time role - To hit 200/year . Any recommendations on a full time job (w part time hours) or a good part time. Team just applied for a TS Clearance (defense agency). Trying to assess if it makes sense to wait till the clearance comes through (6 months to a year?) before I job hop. I'm hoping to get some clarity on the following:
1. Can my company withdraw or cancel my clearance if I leave right after I secure a TS?
2. In terms of compensation, how much value (% compensation) does a TS clearance have in the DC area? Places I'm considering: AWS, Azure, GCP, Data bricks, Appian etc.

I heard it's 30 days in most of the cases and after completion of probation it's 90 days?
