its 20days now, since I given Telephonic interview in CTS.Interviewer told me that you cleared this round and HR ll contact you for further process.But as of now no one contacted me.
Should I suppose to wait or they rejected?

I just had a conversation with a CEO at a startup I admire, and the topic turned to sales hires. My jaw dropped at the comp numbers and I also really love the product, their selling philosophy (buyer centric, empathetic ; less volume based), and I feel like the CEO is an extremely empathetic bit straight forward person.

31 M 5 foot 8 200 lbs. muscular build. I want to get to 180 and know strength will take a hit. Has anyone experienced weight loss while maintaining muscle mass? Lifting 4-6 times a week for 45 mins. Cardio 1-2 times and that’s like a 15-20 min walk at most. Diet 75% vegan. How can I drop this weight? I heard it's 30 days in most of the cases and after completion of probation it's 90 days?
