Do you think all these violent and hate filled attacks are because people aren't getting the emotional/mental support they need, whether it's therapy at any age or help they needed but didn't get from a social worker as a child? I just left a very toxic work place.
The crazy thing is they were just named the best local municipality to work for. It's upsetting. They advertise a "culture" but don'tapply it. Can someone explain how billable hours work? Hello! just got an offer from Amazon for Global Product Marketing Manager for PAE (payments).
TC: $223k for 1st year (156k base, $64k sign on for 1st year and $50k for second year, with 46 shares - vesting 5% on 1st year anniversary, 15% on 2nd year and 20% every 6months on 3rd and 4th year).
I understand this is a L6 role and would like to understand where I am in the total comp range (from a %) and what is the max this role and level and pay (given that I understand next salary jump to L7. Tx!
