Considering a role at AWS advisory within proserve ... principal level .. thoughts on role? Level? Comp? Help!

Are T2 Firms like Kearney ranked above B4 firms like KPMG? I’m a first year associate and the hierarchy is still a little confusing in the industry lol.

Recruiting just let me know they will NOT be sending me to the the hiring committee but want to stay in touch about other potential roles. Is this what they tell everyone?

I have got 2 offers
1. Tigerhall - 45LPA
2. Zupee - 42LPA
Which one I should choose?
In Tigerhall, I will get a lot of free time as the work is same as what I have done so far in my career therefore, I can focus on more things now.
In Zupee, I will get to learn new skill which might be good for my career.
Also, comparatively in hand salary of Tigerhall is higher than Zupee (it will less tax deduction as it's a Singapore based company)
