.....can be in the afternoons or early evening. But with Amgen, you may have to attend evening and late evening calls too, but that will depend on your direct manager and Sr manager.
5. For now Amgen is calling 5 days WFO that will probably ease down in future, as the management want people to interact with each other in the starting phase. Sanofi is moving from 2 days WFO policy to 3 days WFO policy. May get stricter in future.
6. Sanofi's work life balance is heard to be good and we'll managed. Not much work pressure. Where as no such data is present about Amgen as of now, its too early to say anything. But in US Amgen is said to be very cool and employee friendly.
7. Based on my online research and what I heard from my connections, Amgen always uses cutting edge technologies, whereas Sanofi is little slow in adapting new technologies and platforms.
8. Career growth is going to be almost same in both the companies. However, I feel as Amgen is just starting it's GCC, so it's going to be little better than Sanofi.
9. Sanofi has 20% variable at M level and above. Amgen has 15% variable at M and SM level. Below M it's 10% and above SM level it goes 17 and 20%. Means, base salary will be more at Amgen. Which is good from EPF contribution perspective as well as when you switch job in future, you will get hike on a higher base salary.
All the best guys!
May you all get what you deserve 😊

But good thing is, Amgen doesn't consider Gratuity as part of your ctc. It is separate and will depend on your current basic paywhej you leave the firm after 5+ years.
There are many companies who are showing Gratuity as part of ctc just to show inflated numbers to the candidates like Sanofi, Novartis etc
Mine is 16.5 fixed and 3.9 is variable, overall 19.55 in last company,
Amgen offered me 24.93 fixed and 3.73 is variable
Overall 28.66 .
Is it good hike I got for manager information systems ?

Any ESOP offered by Amgen India?
During interview i was told to expect meeting at pst time?
How late do we have to work? Do they go post 9pm?
In daylight savings time 8am for them is our 9:30pm
Please can you give referral for Amgen or sanofi?
I joined Sanofi during its early growth phase and have been part of the journey as the GCC expanded. Now things are quite stable, and honestly the work culture, work-life balance, flexibility, and overall environment have been great for me.
Recently, I interviewed for an opportunity at Amgen because with 7.5 years of experience, I feel ready for a more senior role and better compensation.
However, after reading mixed reviews about Amgen Hyderabad, especially regarding management and work-life balance, I’m unsure whether the switch would actually be worth it in the long run.
For someone already in a stable and valued position at Sanofi, would moving to Amgen be a good career decision? Would genuinely appreciate honest insights
