Saw an internal job posting that was a perfect fit - my skills matched exactly. I had a good interview with someone I already knew. Then nothing for 7 weeks until I got a basic rejection email. Nobody will tell me why - when I asked HR if it was about my age, they freaked out. The person they hired is way younger. Does it sound like age discrimination?
