Seeking advice: Gartner vs Nielsen ?

Hey everyone,
I’m a data engineer with 3 YOE.
I have two offers on the table - one from Nielsen and the other from Gartner. Both roles are quite similar in terms of responsibilities and compensation.

Gartner's office is in my hometown, while Nielsen’s is in Bangalore.
Since the offers are otherwise comparable, I’m looking for insights into company culture, growth opportunities, and appraisals to help me make a decision.

Did an interview yesterday that was supposed to be behavioral, but turned out to be more like the case interviews I did in undergrad. I think I showed off my business knowledge, but he kept harping on my lack of an official framework (vs me saying "I'd explore it from different stakeholder perspectives: customer, line employee, management"); pretty sure he considered it a failure. Interview tomorrow for a tax associate opening at RSM. Been working in a mid-size city (different firm) that is about 70 minutes from this new home office in a larger metro. How flexible is WFH or dual model going forward post Covid? Am interested in this position and going to tax, but not be able to relocate for family reasons. Don’t want to drive 700 miles per week M-F. What will dual model be like going forward? 1-2 times week, 4-5 month? Seems like tax was more flexible than audit pre-Covid
