Seeking advice — I joined a company as a consultant and supported the team for six months before being invited to design my dream role with a succession plan to eventually take over as VP of PC. I’ve now been fully onboard for nearly two years, already operating in the executive role and handling all responsibilities of the former VP, but still haven’t received the title or compensation adjustment. If your CEO keeps saying it’s coming, how long would you wait? Note I have had the conversation.

Anyone here adopt a puppy during the infertility struggle? Husband and I considering it to have something positive throughout this situation and thinking the extra companionship would be helpful. I work from home. Husband has had many family dogs and lots of experience with it, I’ve had a family cat before. But not sure if it’s actually a good idea - wondering if it would truly help make us feel better and keep our minds off of the struggles or if it would just add extra stress. Thoughts?

Probably also because we get few leads and I have to do a lot of building pipeline from scratch.
