Which one to join LTI or a small product company. Rpa technology, I know the work is support work in LTI and position is senior developer and in product elecronics company its a very small firm in india however it's subsidiaries are all over the world. And I would be working with them via this and the position offering is lead.

Doing a tax harvest on a custodial account and opening a brokerage account with Schwab. Will have about 27k. My plan is to max out my Roth IRA for TY20, which will leave me about 22k. Looking for some good recommendations of how to distribute the remaining funds into my brokerage. Would it make sense to park another 6k into a HYSA until March 2022 and use that to max out my Roth IRA for TY21 and then use the remaining ~12k in the brokerage?

My sister has cleared all the rounds in Accenture. HR contacted her today to negotiate the salary. My sister asked for 8LPA FP. HR said the max fixed pay they could offer is 7.5LPA. My sister told she would think and get back in few minutes.

Within 5 minutes, HR moved the candidature status to “on hold” due to budget constraints. None of the HRs are answering the calls. What can i expect?
