What do you do to get yourself comfortable saying something doesn’t exist in an agreement or in case law? When i get questions like this (Ex. Does this contract have XYZ-type language?) I usually figure out the answer pretty quickly…but then I spend a ton of time trying to prove myself wrong. I got burned on a question like this as a 2nd yr, so I think I’m just hyper aware of the risk. I’ve been told I need to get “more efficient” though, so I’m trying to work on this. Any suggestions?

What are your thoughts on working at a multicultural agency? I am more for fighting the good fight to properly represent the Hispanic community and address it as part as the General Mkt (as is should be) and I worry that if I switch to a multicultural-focused place I will never convey the thoughts of being part of the total market. Hi All, just sharing what on mind to vent it out from my system. Maybe with this I could gain some insights and inspiration.
I have been working as a data scientist since 2018 & have been the bread winner. I have neither been under a proper mentor nor with a team of peers from my field to help me out. I was alone and confused. I have never really got the chance to prove myself which makes me all the more depressed. I'm not sure what to do with my future, indecisive and low on confidence.
