I have been working hard for a project since 8-9 months really hard giving KT to team preparing docs for documentation debugging testing things out did automation being a manual tester
Since i was divided into 2 projects another colleague who was also in the project was made the TEST lead
We were both doing equal but obviously a lead gets more limelight due to that my manager has awarded her with 25k as a reward
While i got only verbal recognition Now i am quite mad not sure what to do

I have been offered Lead Software Developer G140 in IQVIA. How many years of experience needed for that role? How were the hikes in IQVIA for BI Tool projects last year/ this year? were there any firing in Pandemic?

Dear IPG Health, it’s great you are having 2 holiday parties during the work week for employees who only live in the tri-state area. All us remote people look forward to covering for them, yet again.

I’m a FTM returning to work in mid-August since being on maternity leave since the end of February. I can’t wait to go back to work (I have mom guilt about daycare but that’s another story). I’m going back to my project which was was very demanding/stressful so I’m having a little anxiety about returning to that specific project. I would love any tips/advice for setting boundaries and being able to balance work with parenting. I’ve already blocked off my calendar for daycare dropoff & pickups.

I hate working on commission. I am a naturally shy person and approaching guests in our store is intimidating enough, it's even worse when some of my more socially savvy coworkers notice me trying to strike up a conversation with someone and they come in and literally steal my client from me.

One of those days when your client keeps wanting and demanding more and more than what they are currently paying, and all of your seniors are out on vacation so you have to bear all the brunt of the client's frustration for your team for the rest of the evening 😔

LCSW 50k loan repayment- Has anyone been granted a contract through the National Health Service Corps Loan Repayment Program? I’m interested in applying for the 2 years of full time work as an LCSW but my loans are a bit under 50k so I’m wondering if they would only give me what I need to clear my loans or would I still get 50k as long as I complete my contract ?

Starting my counseling career on Tuesday and I’m scared to fail. What if I say something stupid and hurt my clients and make it worse?
