Setting goals for the new year, I want to be more intentional about building real AI skills by focusing on practical courses like AI for Everyone for business context, Machine Learning and Deep Learning on Coursera for core foundations, fast ai for hands on application, and targeted learning in areas like generative AI and prompt engineering rather than trying to learn everything at once, so what AI course or skill are you planning to focus on this year?

I’m looking at similar learning. Why did you choose Coursera over others?

Additional Posts in Insurance

Hello everyone ,
I’m currently working in insurance customer service at an agency. I work in the mortgage department assisting w mortgage changes , payments etc. I’ve been thinking about becoming a claims adjuster most likely for property damage . Is it worth it ??? I hear a lot of talk about how claims adjusting is a lot of work and very demanding but I think my current position has prepared me for the challenge. What are some good companies I maybe should apply for after getting my license?

I have imposter syndrome and don't think I am qualified because I dont know insurance coverages/mastered what a business would need for a particular industry (continued in comments..)

Hello, I am a junior business administrator working in advisory operations. I have been with the company for 6 months, and was employed along with 2 other colleagues. I have picked the job up really fast and am even doing some “extra curricula’s” I really love my job. However I have recently found out I am being paid the same as an apprentice on my team, I usually do at 3 x the work he does whilst also doing my Cert CII. It has really disheartened me and I feel I should be earning more money
