After Appraisal, company haven't shared updated offer letter (with new salary), it's been 2+ months now.
If I start searching for new job, will that HR ask about recent offer letter? Or only salary slips are enough?

I bought priority applicant got good amount of calls it’s all about ur resume and how much early u can join in organisation to hr now immediate joiners are preferred as they don’t want candidates to switch using offer letter so as my experience when my notice period become 1month from 3month time period my application process fast u can check better subscription type but however Naukri team will call u say customise options saying they will share company openings position link which they post on portal in my opinion product based companies filled with reference service and mid level companies hr reach through Naukri mostly so if ur urgently looking job then Naukri is one option to get calls and high chance interview scedule one more go with referrals
I think working on your resume and uploading a polished version of the same at Naukri is enough to attract potential recruiters. Additionally, I feel uploading profiles on multiple platforms is also helpful. With this a basic / free version is good enough.
As far as I have seen, Naukri subscription doesn't do any special services. It is the same as you normally apply
Don't waste your money here. If you really want it research well.
I would strongly recommend that not to go for the Subscription, it's all Just waste of money. Noukri.com not even bother about your Job requirements and the profile you are looking for.

Naukri subscription helps, it helped me, I alteast got 10+ calls within 2 months from Naukri. I took 3 month subscription

Please don't fall in that trap as I was the victim for both Shine.com and Naukri.com. I lost almost Rs 1.50lac for all those nonsense that they enrolled and zero support I got.
Please search by any referrals, as that would do much better help than all these job portals

Multiple people can use your netflix id , more usage , more options , you pay for the service you are getting! Unlike Naukri.com where you just pay and get thousand calls from naukri service team and they are rude and hyper persuasive. After going through all that you still won’t get any relevant job call which you might even get in free id. Hence, no comparison! People’s money and they can rethink where they wanna invest in as per ROI. I have taken in past and it didn’t work. Besides, I do have linkedin yearly subscriptions.
If I have to answer this question, first thing you should do when you are open in job market to take naukri subscription, it helped me every time whenever i switched.
Get only Resume display service from Naukri.. this is quite effective

Dont buy the subscription of Naukri. They dont do anything special. They send all the irrelevant job postings. Totally wastage of money.

No use, I have tried it and there is no difference. They say profile is highlighted and all but that all depends on the profile. If your skill set is required you will get calls without the paid service.
