I worked at a law firm and in house. There is always something you don’t know and someone there wanting to point it out. Just focus on getting better every day. You can’t please everyone.

The company thinks you do have enough experience, as demonstrated by your position and responsibilities. Part of this might just be imposter syndrome. I had a similar path, my first job out of law school was GC to a company I had been with for more than a decade. That company has since been bought by a huge bank and I’m now the only lawyer in the legal department (that I am aware of) that has no firm experience. I explained how I felt this could be a problem before taking the position but the higher ups insisted that business experience is just as valuable. So you never learned how to bill by the tenth of an hour? Not really relevant to what you are doing.
Experience is experience. Doesn't matter where you got it. Is your experience in the work area quality experience?
I went through a similar experience at my last company. Had to leave because I was tired of the whole "you don't have enough experience" bs. Went through a whole summer associate and them post-grad training program with the company and was still told I wasn't as well-trained as someone in a firm. Leaving helped A LOT.
I think so!
