Kindly dont join Fiserv, they have implemented sapience buddy app which tracks each and every small things you do whole days and EOD generates report for you and your manager to view.
Its too much micromanaging and suffocating culture they are building.
What about layoff ?
If your company matching ur offer and asking to stay na please accept that and stay there, otherwise search better offers until the joining date..
Important notes u should consider is
1. U should be sitting in office minimum 8hrs at ur desk without calculating break hours, 5 days office mandatory
2. Sapience reports should be minimum 8hr per day
3. Layoff is happening but don't know which parameters based, last time heard a whole team they fired but don't know how much true, but the headcount is true around 300people...
4. In the name of Agile they will change requirements frequently and asking to that with old estimation and even without clarity/timesheet we have to work...
5. Micro management: this is dependents on team, some team managers are taking care their employees sapience issue and other issues without reaching us.. but this also if u r lucky... I think am lucky on this point onlyyyy
6. Hike are will be reasonable around 7 to 10%

Think twice. Only come if you have no other go. Some teams have started laptop cameras for whole day to keep eye on employees. Micromanagement is at peak.
As of now don’t come to FISERV. They aren’t treating us as employees but slaves.

They started tracking all our system activities here in fiserv using Sapience analytics. Micromanagement has reached to next level. which website you visit , how much time you spend everything is tracked.
