Should I just move to another state for a graphic design job??

I live in a small town—all we have here are small businesses and small shops. It’s SO HARD to find employers that are willing to pay good money for a full time graphic designer. I’ve had no luck and the only people that want to hire me are print shops and car wrap places (been there done that—not into it) Should I just move to a bigger city? Not considering remote because how huge the candidate pool is.
