I have joined Capgemini in the month of July and have never been on bench before. After joining till today (5th sept) I'm on bench. I keep checking internal job posting as will as jobs in R2D2. nothing found yet. Still I'm getting those harsh alert mails mentioning you have get a project within so and so date..as if I have done a crime. So my question is this risky for my career in all and appraisal cycles?

I hardly work for more than 30 mins a day in my current project in a small company. It's server monitoring support work and mostly no issues. I have 15 years work exp but still getting only 11 LPA. Should I remain here for wlb or upskill and move up.

EY background check - anyone ever experienced delays that pushed back start date? I start 8/15 and submitted background check 7/27. Still in process so hopefully I can start on time. How do we reconcile these facts? In 2013, 72% of african americans were born to single parent households; one of the strongest indicators of future poverty and criminal disposition. Can we acknowledge and fix instances of police brutality while also not ignoring our cultural problems as well?

The freeze on federal student loan interest is set to end on September 30th, do we think it’s going to get extended past then? It doesn’t seem like things are going to be much better come September, so it feels like extending to at least January would make sense?
